Subject: [PATCH] Enable Lua 5.4 in fxmanifest, bump to 1.1.2

ox_lib requires lua54 to be enabled; without it, ox_lib/init.lua
threw "Lua 5.4 must be enabled in the resource manifest!" on
resource start.
